Objective:To evaluate the effect of the combined phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy or peripheral iridectomy for cataract patients with angle closure glaucoma.
AIM: to compare the changes of corneal endothelial cell density before and after phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy treating the patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma.
Methods phacoemulsification was performed in 68 eyes of 61 patients with congenital cataract, of 55 eyes performed PCCC, and 52 eyes performed PCCC combined with the implantation of intraocular lens.
